I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

World's Worst Game
Recently i buy this game. Now i really feel like a BIG FOOL. Please dont buy this game. It is worst than 2D games. This game is totally different from the trailer of game video.

Big Letdown
Ya this is a big letdown to NFS franchise. The gameplay is even poorer than its predecessors. The car doesn't feel real even for a moment. And they have put some new game modes which are a total disaster. And the cop cars are designed extremely heavy, whenever you hit them you'll be only damaged.
Its better to play Most Wanted or Carbon rather than this awfully bad game.

Disappointing....RIP NFS for the PS2
Well, this was a lazy and half-baked port for the PS2 console...EA really messed up on this game. The gameplay is just ok - usual races, outruns, hi-way battles, cop chases, take downs, gitting respect, and buying cars. Cutscenes with maggie q and the others - skip them! Overall, visually unappealing - almost like PS1 type graphix - NFS underground had better visual appeal!
If you want the last NFS game on the amazing PS2 console, get it....it's fun, but gets boring after some time. Only consolation - you get the koenigsegg and Nissan 370Z cars....great cars! Happy racing and winning!

THE BEST NFS EVER FOR ME!
The best nfs ever, not repeatative like Most Wanted... the storyline is beautiful. The graphics are a little let down though. I Played this game on my ps2 and for that, it was a good game. The best part of the game comes at the end, where you come to know that the person helping you through is actually on the antagonists's side. If they have to improve on something, it has to be the graphics and a little more of playing time is needed.
All in All, its a good game, worthy of buying, nah! since you have nfs hot pursuit 2010.

Nfs undercover (psp) is a average game. this game has some pros and lots of cons

longer game play 15 -20 hrs

graphics are low as compared to other nfs psp titles
NO FREE ROAM ! Which is the most important feature of all nfs game but this one doesn't have it.
So if you are planning to buy this game i wouldn't say a no or yes i'ts up to you but i recommend another nfs psp title
