Really good Modem Router in its category
I bought this router about couple of month ago and find the performance is really good when compared to other brand as i was using a modem router of a different make.
I am thankful to my friend Vinod who suggested me to buy this product.

A Great ADSL2+ modem router
This modem is simply superb though installation is not quite easy.
The CD installation fails, but it helps to put old MAC of the previous router into this modem. For manual installation, one needs to get the precise parameters for each field which can be obtained from the previous router. Once the parameters are filled, the modem gets connected automatically, and the internet sarts working.
I have experienced that windows home network gives jittery connection, and so I choose public network which gives stable connection in both LAN and wireless network. The performance
of the
router is as claimed, and the speed is only limited by the available link speed of the connection which is the minimum of the weakest link in the chain. Live parental control also
works well. The strength of the wireless signal at each corner of
a three bedroom house is also fine(gets reduced by only one bar).

Amazing...
Just bought this by the name NETGEAR and product works awesome.... less than 1 min for set up and i can start watching youtube on my television simultaneously along with my son who is a crazy online gamer... what else you require at this price?? Pls go grab it...

Works good for the price
I bought this router a couple of weeks back, its a great product for people looking a modem and a router in a single device.
The initial setup was easy with the installation CD provided.
The wired connection with my device worked good. I had a problem with the Wi-Fi connectivity. Most of the times my connection was terminated/dropped other times no content from website was loaded even though the internet status showed connected.
Raised a case via support.netgear.com and the tech support walked me through some configuration changes and fixed the Wi-Fi connectivity issue. Now my Wi-Fi connectivity works like a charm. The only downside of this product is the wireless range. But we have to be aware of many factors like, structural layout of the building, construction material and so forth.
