THNX 4R D REVIEW....I was going to order this book blindly but then I read the reviews and the summary about the booka nd stopped. It is indeed nothing short of a scam to name this book as "THE NEW COLLECTED SHORT STORIES"....

A SCAMIt is sad that when we buy books so regularly, we are duped into this sort of a buy. 3 old books ina new title is really sad. The author should be told that we will stop reading him. I do not see why I need to write 200 words to review a book that is a combination of 3 old books.

Not a NEW bookThis is just a scam to make money. There are no new short stories but all they have done is compiled and reprinted 3 short stories Books of Jeffery Archer. They are advertising the book as The New collection of short stories which is completely false.

Do not judge a book by its cover.I was highly dismayed and annoyed to find out (after receiving the book) that contrary to what the cover says THERE IS NOTHING NEW about this book. Its basically 3 books bound together - All 3 of which I possess. False advertising to say the least!

Made me happyThis is a good collection. Luckily, this wws my first Jeffery Archer purchase, so all of it was new to me, unlike, many of our fellow readers here, who ended up buying old stories(because of the title).

SAVED FEW BUCKSI was on a verge to punch the order when I read the reviews which made me upset that this is just a collection of old stories (which I have in my library)....bad publicity.....the book summary should detail out this fact...

STAY AWAY!!!This book is very smartly titled "the new collected short srories", traping the readers. Just the collection is new, not the stories. After internet frauds, mail frauds, lottery frauds... this seems to be new kind of fraud.
