I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

EXCELLENCE FROM FLIPKART & NIGHTINGALE
I am a serial stationaryholic. YOU CAN'T FIND A BETTER PERSON THAN ME TO ASK ABOUT STATIONARY'S. I recently bought this book.It's really BEAUTIFUL and superb. When it comes to Nightingale Notebooks or any other item from them for that matter i just cannot resist trying a newone or re using an older one from amongst my favourites!!
I really love the graphics of this new notebook I recently ordered and was delivered yet again in a nice packaging (sometimes I just don't want to unpack my stuff).It's great to use as a diary or a note but the problem is that the pages are less than a 200 pages note. The paper quality is really great but it would be awesome if it's a little more white. I would have loved it more if it was unruled.But the outer graphic design cover is really really great. if you buy it you would want to preserve it rather than use it. I LOVE THE SERVICE OF FLIPKART AS IT REACHED ME DAMAGE FREE AND WITHIN 2 DAYS OF MY ORDER. KUDOS FLIPKART.

Nightingale Notebooks are like Angels!!
I am a big time stationaryholic and so i keep on buying several different kinds of products......
When it comes to Nightingale Notebooks or any other item from them for that matter i just cannot resist trying a newone or re using an older one from amongst my favourites!!
I really love the graphics of this new notebook I recently ordered and was delivered yet again in a nice packaging (sometimes I just don't want to unpack my stuff).
The paper is really good and absorbs and reflects the ink very beautifully,of course a part of it depends on your writing too. ;)
Well I just love it and will order more in future!
I guess flipkart should introduce some discounts and offers on purchase of more than one.....
So all you stationary lovers,this notebook is sure to tickle your passion.
More beautiful than expected
Diary/Notebook is a very special thing in our day to day life. My basic expectations were fresh pages, comfortable distance between two lines and good binding.
This book satisfied all of them , additionally it has perfect good quality hard binding and book mark.
Graphics on the hard covers.. i m just lovin it.. :)
Finally, Flipkart rocks!!!! book was at my door on the very second day of order placement.. :)

Good
This is a nice notebook but is a bit pricy when compared with bilt matrix..the bilt matrix b5 notebook comprises even more number of pages n available on flipkart @ 122/- and with 400 pages.
Again coming back to this notebook...the graphics are nice and girly..pages are also good..quality wise it is a nice book.
