I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Really useful camera mount
If you have a PS Eye camera then this Camera clip will help you a lot in positioning the camera atop the Television set.
Prior to this, I had to cello tape the camera to my TV. The camera however kept falling down. Even if you place it on the stand the cable tug can dislodge your alignment.
The product is really good at what it does and has been designed quite well for the job. It holds the camera and also attaches itself to the TV well with no worries. It also blends well with the rest of the TV. It is seems overpriced but this is the clip costs the same world over. For its price the peace of mind it offers is worth it.
Heavy rain, Killzone 3 and other move games feel a lot more fun now as I no more have to worry about the camera falling off or misaligning itself every now and then.

Nice But not great
When I brought this product I thought it would fix it securely to my plasma tv. It does secure it but not as well as I would have liked it to. It does not fix the camera in place firmly. It won't fall over but it's only a step up from the double-tape I was using to secure the camera earlier.
Not worth it in my opinion.

A must-have for your PS3 Move
Pros:
1. Keeps the camera firmly in place so no need of re calibrations while playing Move titles such as Sports Champions.
Cons:
1. Price: I felt Rs. 399 was too high a price for a small plastic clip such as this one.
But overall a good buy, considering it does what it promises to do!
