I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

iPod charging does not happen
Havent tested the other attachments yet, but the iPod charging cable plugged into the USB ports does not end up charging the iPod. From a laptop the iPod works fine with the same cable. Also, the charger unit is quite flimsy. Will check the other charging units and post my feedback again.

Apple products does not change
Apple products do not change. Both my iPhone and iPad do not recognise the USB/car charger.
Other products recognise the USB and car charger.
I cannot comment more on other accessories.
Not very useful to me. Another charger junk item at home.
P.S: Though this is not a bad review for flipkart service. Nothing negative on flipkart as usual.
