A very helpful book for those who value the basics. Important points are covered in a very easy and implementable fashion. The lessons on dealing with insecure boss, becoming friends with your boss, self appraisal and networking etc are extremely helpful. Some chapters beg to be more elaborate. A good read nonetheless!
