everything good but cant hear properly especially while travelling, otherwise good for texting and battery backup. simple to use loaded with useful functions. recommended for frequent travellers, but for those who are not texting samsung basic phones are recommended as they come with superior voice clarity and comparative battery backup, but for texting nokia is the best choice.

Thanks Flipkart again. I ordered this phone on last monday and it delivered on the next day. I would again say that Flipkart is BEST when it comes to online shopping and home delivery.

5. Dual Sim (thats what I needed)
6. All these features are just in Rs. 1400.., it worths more than this..

Dont buy dual sim its too much hot after 1 minute and its cheap on the price and have all features but as a phone to speak its zero... i thrown this phone bcoz of this heating problem.... rest of the features torch , fm its gud ...

Bought this product from Flipkart for my sister. Got the desired features within the budget, and the brand assurance.
A worthy mobile by Nokia for the Indian users. This phone gives the best value for money... Battery life is awesome and phone works really well...

An excellent phone in the 1K - 2K price bracket. As is the norm of writing reviews nowadays, I'll try to summarize everything in points.

Pros:
1. Call clarity: Very good. The loudspeaker packs quite a punch.
2. Flashlight: Can be quite handy at times. Has proven my savior in finding matches when there is a power outage, searching for the keyhole on returning home from office in the evening and many more instances. Surprisingly, the flashlight is probably the most underrated feature in any phone.
3. Battery life: Superb. Once fully charged, my phone sails through 3 straight days without needing to be charged. That's with 2 SIM cards, 1 hours of FM radio and 1 hour of talktime per day.
4. Finishing: Shiny plastic back cover, modest looks. I don't intend to flaunt this phone in front of my Android-wielding friends, so that's perfectly fine by me.
5. Durability: The forté of this phone. I have dropped my phone several times and almost every time, it has disintegrated into 3 parts - the phone, the battery and the back cover - spreading in 3 different directions (literally). Once reassembled, it's ready to take another deep dive onto the floor as if nothing has happened! True story.
6. Music: Average FM reception. But I like to choose my own music so I use a 4GB Micro SD card. Good audio quality (please don't compare it with an iPhone 5 in this regard)
7. Apps and games: Nothing special to boast about. There's a 'Panchangam' which I have never used, a music composer (again, useless) and Sudoku in the name of a game. I bought this phone for calling and texting, so no offense taken on the lack of apps/games.

Cons:
1. On receiving a text message, the phone's display fluctuates with the message tone - dims and brightens in sync with the melody. If you happen to unlock the phone while the message tone is still beeping and the display is in one of it's 'dimmed' cycles, the phone will restart. The only way out of this is to realize when the phone is going to restart (which you will learn by experience upon using this phone) and then lock the phone till the display turns off (before it's imminent restart).
2. The OS is not upgradable to Windows Phone 8, Android Jelly Bean, iOS7 or any other mobile OS you know of running the 30K beasts in the market (duh?)

Epilogue:
It's a basic phone built to do what a mobile phone was originally invented to do - call your friends and family, and send text messages on the go - plus a little more. It cannot run Temple Run or record HD videos. If you are thinking of buying a second phone after this in case this one breaks, don't hold your breath. Once you have made peace with these facts, you are ready to own a Nokia 101.

No: GPRS/EDGE support, browsers, Bluetooth

Single built-in speaker for both earpiece and loud speaker. Loud Speaker ON = Just Increase in volume for inbuilt speaker. People may overhear your conversation through the back loud speaker when you speak normally with earpiece. ( use headphones). Good and stong design. Long battery backup and contact storage

I have brought this mobile 10 days before, It is good for its Cost. But it has some drawbacks that at a time both Sims will not work. While talking with 1st sim the other sim will not work and it show like no signals( no network).

I have been using this mobile for the last 10 days and i didnt brought it from flipkart.After using it for a while my review is like this only cons
1.Mobile is quite bulky.
2.The battery backup is not that great.
3.Music player is hard to operate in selecting the songs.
