I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Battery and Storage
The 2730 Classic Nokia phone has a BL-5C 1020 mAh Li-Ion standard battery. The battery serves talk time of 3 hours on 2G and 3G networks. The standby time of the handset is 300 hours in both 2G and 3G networks. The phonebook can store up to 1000 contacts and the 60 call records (20 each of dialed, received and missed calls).This Nokia handset ships with 30 MB of internal memory. The memory can be expanded up to 2 GB using a microSD card. The card slot in the phone has the hot swap feature that allows you to remove the memory card without switching off the phone.

The mobile weighs 87.7 g with the battery, measures 46.9 x 109.6 x 14.4 mm and features a numeric keypad. The screen of the phone measures 2-inch and has QVGA display with resolution of 320 x 240. PROS:
* Can stream videos from youtube / vuclip.
* Java app compatibility is good(MIDP 2.1), no crashes normally. following apps works seamlessly:
* Opera 6
* kd Music player
* Foreca weather forecasting app
* Google Maps
* Inbuilt email client & Ovi Chat client
* Nokia Listings
* Ovi Store
* M Torrent(isohunt & piratebay)
* Some light java games
* Internet speed on EGPRS/EDGE reaches upto 40 KB/s especially at midnight(N/W dependent).
* able to download files upto 200MB directly on mobile storage with M Torrent, UC Browser, no PC required.
* Good signal reception
* 3.5 mm Headphone jack
CONS:
* Extremely poor battery life (only 5-6 hrs) with nominal Multimedia/ Internet/ Calling usage.
* Small Screen, at least 2.2 inch with 3g enabled device but resolution is good.

Good phone for the price
I am using this phone for a while, and finding it really good so far. Feature wise it is not very rich (Camera & Mp3 player quality are not that great). But for the price, it is the best bet.
Pros: Light weight, good battery life, can install java applications, a typical Nokia phone. I've dropped it many times and still working fine :)
Cons: Not feature rich, just an average camera, and an average mp3 player.

Its been one and half year, i have been using this phone.
Pros:
Cheap.
Internet tethering via USB on you computer. (Max speed 325kbps=40KBps)
Supports YouTube videos, only since last 6 months (because of some updates).
Cons:
Does not charge via USB (i m not sure, if its due to my 3rd party USB cable).
3G is just for name sake : No video call camera, speed around 325 kbps.
No Nokia maps for 2730c in India (although mentioned in manual).
Average camera with no flash (poor pics in low light)
