Nokia 603

With the 12.7mm thickness being on the chubbier side, and an all plastic body, Nokia 603 may not be the most aesthetically pleasing mobile from Nokia of late. But what resides inside, may well be worth every penny you spent for it.

Pros:
1. 1ghz arm 11 with graphics accelerator and 512mb ram, the phone is less likely to get outdated (in symbian terms) in the next 18 months(rumours suggest it will be getting symbian carla, due later this year).
2. IPS LCD with Nokia CBD at this price is not bad. Good viewing angles, satisfactory contrast and really bright is what that means.
3. Good battery backup (way better than what most android mobiles at this price range can offer).
4. Symbian belle has been the most responsive and beautiful symbian OS ever. Still some way off from andoid 2.3, but in normal day-to-day use, i dont think many users will complain.
5. Upto-date connectivity.
6. Document editor.
7. Good video recording.

Cons:
1. The biggest problem would be micro sim card support which means you cant be using the normal sim cards(or atleast without cutting them down to a suitable size).
2. 5mp edof is not much fun.

I have bought this phone yesterday, Nokia deserves great credit for the aesthetics they bring into their phones. Beautiful screen experience, with the excellent bright display, colorful widgets, menu icons, everything. Moreover, Ability to use Microsoft Office and every other business tool that one would usually require, and a good camera (though without an LED flash) make it a steal for the price. There are no hangups or screen fades etc., like in other symbian phones (perhaps symbian belle is brought out with most of the previous errors rectified) ...The sync with nokia suite is a smooth experience as well...

One drawback would be the wide range of apps that android would have given, though Nokia has a decent array of apps in its suite it wont match the android's range and depth...Moreover, the speakers aren't so loud if one is particular about it...

Nevertheless, 9/10 from me as well!

really a gr8 phone from nokia within 14k range. 1 Ghz processor,512 Mb ram, GPU interface, 1000 nits display, and symbian belle is totally roking. soon the phone will get update of symbian carla & donna. 6 home screen with a powerful GPS.Picture and video quality is more than excellent. Micro SIM is a problem but not a big deal. it should have flash.

Overall, will be the gr8 deal. i'll give 9/10.

I have been using this device for the past 2 months. To say this is a wonderful deal.

It has 3.5 inch beautiful display
5 Mpix camera it is very good during day time.
720p video recording and playing.

After updated to belle FP1 it is really zippy and there is no lag seen in my device. really a good device to buy if you are not a fan of andriod u can give a try. U wont get this features in this price in andriod.

And i have got all the apps i need in the Nokia store and also the cost of the apps are very nominal to buy

I have purchased this phone from Flipkart & have been using it from the past 1 month. I love this phone a lot as it has never troubled me, its performance speaks for itself.

1. Display is very eye catching, HD videos (720p) can be played & recorded with ease.

2. 1GHz Processor along with 512MB RAM makes this phone very special. It is as fast as any other smartphone. I have installed so many apps but still it is as smooth as ever.

3. Symbian Belle is probably the best OS I have used. It is very fast, very cool in looks, gr88 apps as compared with Android which works only on dual core processors & most of its apps are useless.

4. Camera quality is also good (5mp), images are very good in daylight. Images taken in dark are average as it has no LED Flash..probably the only drawback in this phone. But camera hardly matters to me as everyone uses seperate HD cameras.

5. Very fast Wi-fi & 3G modem (14 Mbps) which makes browsing in lightning speed.

6. Excellent Email facility, very handy gadgets like Whether Forecast, BBC, CNN, NATGeo, message Reader, etc

7. Live TV with excellent sharp quality. More than 100 Channels available free of cost. Live TV app is easily available on Nokia store.
