I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Nokia battery BL4CT
The above battery purchased from flipkart recently has very low standby time i.e maximum 48 hours, after full charge. Normally original Nokia batteries gives at least 72 hours standby.
So i had doubt about this product which on flipcart says original nokia battery. I received this battery sealed pack and on the pack it has written it contains one battery and one leaflet. But actually there is no leaflet inside the pack. I received only battery.

Nokia Battery BL-4CT
I purchased the new Battery by Paying 530 rupees. But is it giving very poor Back up. Generally a Nokia battery is supposed to give a backup of 48 hours but this battery doesn't even gives a back up of 12 hours. I have to charge my phone three times a day.
Poor Battery, poor performance. I feel cheated.
Rating i would give a big ZERO.

Good Enough Battery
Invested 500 rupees to save buying new mobile.
Good Back up of around more than 1 day.
fast draining battery was the reason for buying
and
it is serving the purpose.
Nokia Battery supplied by Flipkart are very reliable,
compared to the same supplied at shops.
Had a good experience with BP-4L for Nokia E 72 also.
