Much better than Galaxy Y in terms of connectivity
This phone is much better than Galaxy Y. Veru similar to an iphone you can share internet connection from your laptop(act as wifi router)and Nokia C5-05 (act as adhoc network) and will have an access to internet in your Nokia phone from laptop shared internet. I sell Galaxy Y 8 days old with big loss. Most trusted brand in India is Nokia:

Nokia provides better reverse tethering connectivity similar to an iphone
Nokia provides you similar apps store.

Problem with touch
Hi,
I bought this one 2 months back but not from flipkart. At that time the price was around 7K. Awesome piece in terms of connectivity. Internet access is really fast. But had problems with touch two days back and then it started working fine. The cycle repeated again yesterday. Now it is working fine. I have to visit the service center and see whether it is a software problem or hardware.
PS: Now the current price is about 6k.
Does What It Is Supposed To Do
I am a person who has used wide range of phones, over the years.I am big fan Nokia phones, though Nokia is struggling at the moment. Of course Android is much powerful OS and there is a lot you can do with it. But Android doesn't give a good experience in lower priced models. That is where Nokia still shines. Not everyone can afford a 30k android mobile. At around 6k, this phone does what it promises.Smooth experience, Good enough features, Excellent battery.
I am amused by many reviews (Not only for this model)that goes beyond the expectations of a well informed, rational mobile buyer. They want the whole world in their hands, for the 6k they pay.They go on like....No 8MP Camera, No GPS, No WiFi, No Amoled Screen, No Gorilla Glass, No 5.5 Inch Screen.....hahahaha. C'mon guys...Be reasonable, realistic and sensible.
I have purchased this for my mom
I didnt purchased this form Flipkart.Purchased form Nokia Priority.
It worked fine for 1-2 months. There after this had a problem with speaker-It doesnt sound even for calls and to listen songs. Suddenly it starts working for sometime and again it stops for some days.
After 3 days now I am facing problem with the touch. Touch is not at all recognised by the phone. I am unable to unlock it now. I took this to Nokia care, they guessed this as software problem and reinstalled full software.
It worked fine for next 24 hrs and again got the same problem with touch.
Again i took this to Nokia Care, they sent my Phone for Nokia Manufacturing unit for findings for the problem. Which will take 41 days to it back.
Waiting for my phone.. :(
