I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

I happen to own a Nokia N8 and E7 which both support USB Charging. Since the local shops only own car chargers with conventional pins, I was forced to search for a USB car charger which I found at last on Flipkart.
The delivery time was superfast 2 days only! The packaging was excellent and product arrived in pristine condition. Plus, in the package was a list of local Nokia Service Outlets in my area should I need one. How thoughtful!
