Nokia Headset WH-701 (Black)

Easily Nokia's best work so far. Using them with my Nokia N-8. An easy to interpret review.

Pros
1. The remote is the best feature, songs can be played, paused, next and previous song, volume control, all at the touch of a button, without unlocking your phone.
2. Good looking, oh yes they look cool, ain't no doubt about that.
3. Purely for the music, and not for the remote, they can be used for other phones and laptops as well. Thanks to the universal 3.5 mm jack.
4. Good effective noise cancellation. You can use this while traveling in the metro, and it's not a hindrance. The sound leakage is also minimum, as in you can use them in the library,and the person on your left will not give you an ugly stare.

Cons
1. Sound quality, I am in no way an audiophile, not even close. I just appreciate good music, and thought the music can be very "loud", the lows are not clearly audible, also the bass is not good.
2. Uncomfortable, while in-ear phones are not very comfortable, this one's more uncomfortable than others.
3. Price, this is my main concerns, for 1300 rupees, much better sound quality in ear headphones can be bought, though they may not have the remote.

Conclusion - What's your priority, a remote to make your phone usage easier, then this is the best pick, however if remote is not the priority, but the music is, for this price check out other headphones, I am ready to give suggestions as to which one if any one is interested.

The Headset that comes for Rs.350/- does not have music and volume control button. You can only pick/cut the call but this has music and volume control buttons. In Nokia care this Headset is available at Rs.1300

Awesome set earphones, very ergonomic to use and convenient positon of buttons. Very clear and crisp sound with awesome noise cancelling earbuds.

on of the best headphone i had ever seen, but the price is a bit high. sound quality, appearance is no doubt good. answering a call and managing ur music is quite easy.
I would definitely suggest u try this one and hope it wil definitely satisfy ur wants.....

i have been using this headset for quite some time from now and would say that they aren't the best headset pair available out there.

In pros side the headset are very beautifully designed and are very comfortable to use especially for a longer period of time. Music and call button is really useful for easy switching.

However on the cons side the sound quality of the headset is not that excellent and bass is low. So if you have got the money better go for senneheiser or jabra, where you get the best sound quality possible out of a headset
