This phone perhaps looks best from a distance ! perhaps in a still photo!!
Coz when you 'actually' hold it in your hands, it will remind you of your childhood days....those fond memories of holding your "pencil box" : )
If there is any prize for "worst phone design", this phone will bag it- hands down !

So whats new in this phone? a supposedly 5 mp camera?? bas itna? because other features such as "Dual Stereo Speakers With Stereo Widening Effects,# Dedicated Camera & Music Keys # Music Playback Time: Up To 26.8 Hrs" hardly serve anything for utility considering the whooping 5 thousand&5 hundred you actually shell out to get this piece of junk.

And the 5mp camera's resoultion arent better than those of a simple under 3k digital camera or Samsung/Motorola's 2/3mp camera phones.

Nokia it seems have stopped their R&D entirely in India, it wakes up when its too late. It assumes that it is actually doing favours on us by offering such products, at the prices of their fancy.

At 5000/- people are now getting Android enabled phones, and 3G, Wifi enabled have become common. At such a time if Nokia expects to fleech customers only by stand that "naam hi kafi hai", then what can I say.

I just got it 3 months back, there's no major problem yet but it has caused many minor problems.
* The sound quality is bad (they shouldn't have advertised this as a Music edition) since I was using 5310 Xpress Music which still has an awesome audio quality even after 2 years of purchasing.
* Camera - Not at all worth for a 5MP. No other comments.
* Hanging - The screen goes blank or white.
* SMS - There is no options for customized folders which was present in older models. And we can't delete multiple messages by "mark"ing them. This really kills my time.
* Battery - I just hardly speak for 30 mins and send 50 sms, but the full battery gets empty. Moreover charging takes a lot of time.
* Look - Not the best in Nokia family. Looks a bit bulky for its class of mobile.
* Exterior body - Need to handle with "at most" care since the exteriors are made up of poor quality plastic.
* No external instant Messengers and Wi-Fi which is a big drawback.

I've just buy this mobile & I'm too happy with this........ There are no. of points to be noted:-

> First upon the brand name NOKIA is here with this mobile..

> Camera is of 5MP & gives resolution of 2592X1944 with LED flash. It may not be like 5MP but also not too bad with this price.

> Dual speaker gives very good sound..

> There is an direct access for Facebook & specially, here you'll find Facebook with too many functions.

> You can browse internet on really high speed.

> Internal memory is really of 50MB & supports Memory Card up to 16GB.... without hanging.

> Not a bad mobile @ all @ such a price...

> No competition with Samsung as they also dont have such a mobiles in this price rang.

I recently bought a X2 Red for my mom. Its well loaded for this price with 5MP camera, Stereo audio, builtin FM antenna, dedicated media keys & Bluetooth. Speakers can go high volume with good quality. The improvised home screen is really helpful to get frequently used application easily. The menus and Icons are also larger.
Though the camera is 5MP, when used with flash the image gets partly white due to flash bleeding to lens. There is still no Java Multitasking.

This is a good buy in this price range from Nokia. You may check SE Naite J105i, which is 3G.

I have been using the device for a few months now. And here are a few pros n cons
Pros..
#5mp camera with led flash.
#stereo speakers..loud
#built-in fm antenna.
#push mail
#in ear type headset.
#sms appears in conversation mode..
Cons
#lag in generic os..
#though 50 MB internal memory..the messaging application hangs after a few hundred messetes are piled in memory..
#battery life is poor.. Takes very long to be filled..heats up while charging..
#poor built quality.. Soft keypad is easily damaged.
#poor screen Resolution..
#though camera claims.to be 5mp upon zooming photos are easily pixelated.. And low.light images aren't good either..

Conclusion: the phone Is adequeate fr intrmediate users and those fr whm nokia is god of al mobiles..(grow up people, open ur eyes. Much btr perfrmng phones are available at same price range.) As fr flipkart... They deserve 5stars fr their services.
