not suitable for 15.4 in laptop
i bought this product the delivery was on time as promised and packaging was excellent however i have a 15.4 inch hp laptop the cooling pad doesnt help cooling instead makes it hot as the cooling fan provided by the laptop manfacturer gets blocked tried it on 14 inch laptop and it cools it really well as if it wasnt used it is and excellent product but not meant for any laptop above 14 inches also the warranty has certain issues on coolmaster website when tried registering it i only got a 8 month warranty so get this confirmed once u recieve the product hence have asked for a exchange lets see how it goes on will keep posted

Excellent product and service. Good value for money.
Received my Cooler Master Notepal X Lite half an hour back. Here is what I have to say:
1. Delivered on time as promised. I placed my order on Sep 17, 2011 at 11:00 AM and Received it onSep 19, 2011 at 01:00 PM. That's just 2 days. Excellent Service. :)
2. Safe packaging. The box was delivered in a very thick brown envelop and inside it was safe in thermocol paddings all around it.
3. The product in itself is excellent. Absolutely no sound. It cooled down my already heated laptop in just few minutes. Apart from that, it positions your laptop to help you type fast and effectively. Nice grip so that laptop doesn't slip. It also looks nice and it is easy to carry anywhere I want.
In short, excellent value for money. It was my first purchase and I'm looking to use flipkart more often now. Thanks. :)

Good Product
Firstky, Thanks to Flipkart. Your service is awesome as described in other reviews. Your delivery was spot on. Your bubble wrapped packaging apart from the product packaging was good too.
Abt X lite product: My laptop (HP DV2700 with 8400 Graphics card) had to be recently repaired due to excessive heating of the video card. Even after the repair, the heating still persists. With X lite, it seems a bit better now. The product is very silent in its operation and seems to be cooling the laptop to some extent. For the price of Rs.700, I would say that I got value for money. The product comes with a USB extender too. And design wise it looks good and fits well into my 14" laptop bag. Only thing which I find as a problem is that the only fan vents of the cooling pad is at the bottom. I am worried if it will be a problem, if i place it on my bed.
I would suggest it to anyone looking for a decent amt of cooling at a reasonable price.

Amazing Product, not really suitable for me....

Processor : Intel Core i5 Second Gen
RAM : 4GB
The reason for my visit to flipkart was to check cooling pad for my laptop because the processor was so heated up and sometimes it shutdown due to overheating. But one of my friend told me that the processor is overheating because the heat is not distributing to entire section of laptop because of special design. And also it will cooling down from 85 to 50 within 6 to 8 seconds. The entire section other than processor region is very cool all the time. And I got realised this fact when I purchased the cooling pad.
The product design is amazing. Very handy, Almost no sound at all, Rubber cushions avoid slippery, Special X like design is beautiful. But because of the design of my laptop it is not that much useful for me as expected. Yes it is helping to cool down a little bit, but not as I expected.
The delivery was appreciable. It took only 4 days to Delhi. And the price is also very good.
A VALUE FOR MONEY PRODUCT (not mean for me though)....
