About the Author
H. K. Sharma B.Sc. B.Tech. Ph.D. (Tech) is an Assistant Professor at SUET Longowal. He has published more than forty five research papers in journals of international repute. He has authored two books two manuals and edited two proceedings and visited Israel for PGCFT on Mashav fellowship.
V. Kukreja M.Sc. Ph.D. is working as a Lecturer (Biotechnology) with S.D. College Barnala. Prior to this she worked as a Lecturer at SUET Longowal and GNDU Amritasar.
H. Pandey B.Tech. M.Tech. is working as an Asstt. Process Engineer Department of Postharvest Process and Engineering G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology US Nagar (Uttaranchal).
B. C. Sarkar M.Tech. Ph.D. is Professor and Head Food Technology Department SUET Longowal. He is known for his contribution in designing the courses and starting a new postgraduate programme in Food Biotech. Engineering at GBPUAT Pantnagar.
R. C. Bhattacharya M.Sc. Ph.D. is Scientist (Sr. Scale) at National Research Centre on Plant Biotechnology IARI New Delhi. He has authored several book chapters and laboratory manuals.
