Body

The sturdy Olympus camera is made of metal and plastic which feels quite comfortable to hold. Designed with quality craftsmanship, the E-P3 is easy to operate with the fewer buttons and an ergonomic control dial. The 3 inch OLED Touch Panel comes with Anti-Fingerprint coating. With a resolution of 614,000 dots, you get a crystal-clear field of view.

This camera supports SD, SDHC, SDXC and UHS-I cards for storing photographs and movies. Powered by a rechargeable Lithium Ion battery pack, the Olympus E-P3 can capture up to 330 images when fully charged.

Performance

The E-P3 camera comes with a Micro Four Thirds lens mount. The focal length of this Olympus camera ranges between 14 - 42 mm with a 35 mm focal length of 28 - 84 mm. The aperture setting controls the amount of light that falls on the image sensor when clicking photographs. With the aperture ranging from f/3.5 - 5.6, you can shoot images in broad daylight or even in the late evenings.

The M. Zuiko lens comes with an optical zoom of 3x with a minimum focus range of 9.8 inch and 35-area multiple Auto Focus with contrast detection system. The ISO range of 200 - 12800 allows you to click pictures in any kind of lighting environment.
