Excellent product from Olympus
I needed this to record talks held in a large group. This device gives a very high quality recording, and is able to catch the speaker as well as participant conversations very clearly. There were about 30 participants in a large hall, and the device effectively captured the conversations even from the end of the hall. The rechargeable battery should be recharged after 4-5 hours of recording. The other important point is to ensure that the bit rate and file type are selected carefully else you might end up with very large file sizes. Even at lower bit rates, the voice recordings are perfect.
