Why do you need it?
If you answer the above question, probably you can rate this product accordingly.
* For business students its a great tool if they summarize lessons on 15-minute solo session and seek forward and rewind to see the comprehension.
* For business professionals recording (off course with prior permission) and seeking the points for making note.
* If you are a great story teller or a professional like a doctor, lawyer or anyone who prefers mouth rather than hands, then make use of this and connect with Dragon Software.
* Use it like a voice diary with each recording marked on the calendar. Its more powerful and you can lock the files also for unauthorized use. I did not check the latter facility yet.
Quality depends upon the price and I like this as I am using it in as per points 1 and 3.
Cheaper alternatives in hardware are available but after reading other reviews I settled for this one.
Technically this is an elegant one and works with little experience. Menus are a bit confusing but you will used to it. Piece looks great without the silicon cover. Even if you put on the cover functionality remains great unlike the china covers.
Product seems durable and clarity is great.
For the cost conscious readers, if your purpose is point 3, I recommend Audio Notes software just google on it -this comes at a fractional cost.
For any reasons you want your voice to be digitized as per the other points I mentioned even if you are away from the computer, just go for it.

Great value for money product. Great MIC recording quality and great playback. Very convenient. Just record, connect the USB port to the Laptop and copy the file. Anyone desiring improvement in taking notes, recording minutes of meetings, brainstorming conversations or listening to insightful speeches, this device is not just good, it is invaluable.
Looks beautiful too and snugs easily into the pocket. Great find. Thanks Flipkart i saw this first on your site but bought it from open market since it is out of stock with you. thx neverthless.
