I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Pro's and con's
Here are some pro's and cons of the product which i noticed after using the brush for about two months now. Go through it, apply your mind and decide whether to purchase the item or not ??
Pro's:
1. Cleans teeth very effectivly.
2. Affordable Price
3. Inter chandeable heads and battery
4. Reputed brand name in oral dental care
5. Trusted flipkart packing and delivery time.
Con's:
1. Comes with no warranty at all
2. Inter chandeable heads not sold on website
3. In open market also its very hard to find a replacable head.
4. Comes with non-rechargable battery
4. Short battery life
5. Bit heavy and vibrates a bit too much
6. Makes unpleasant noise.
6. No instructions provided to change the head on the packing
7. Soft bristles get worn out very soon.
8. Non-servicable making it use n throw
9. Only one contact point for the product and too in Mumbai
10.No customer support avaiable in case anyone has some query about the product.
A wonderful device...
I know many of us don't seem to be able to stand early in the morning to even brush our teeth properly. Now not only your teeth will be crystal clean but also you would want to brush your teeth.
I got it few days back, and I love it!
My work has been cut into half...
Now if only Flipkart starts sale of the brush heads too....
Good product but "Bristles aren't available anywhere"
I used this while undergoing orthodontic treatment. I could not find the bristles (replaceable head) for this brush in any corner of India. Seems Oral-B makers wants to make it a use and throw product.
Must buy, if you have spare money to buy a new one each time.
I dropped an email to Oral-B regarding this. But there is no reply from their side.

a normal toothbrush is better
It does not clean on its own. haha
It is not better than a normal toothbrush. I guess that is enough to rate it. The bristles start bending wayward after just 2 months of usage. Buy it only if you want to try something different or if you are bored using your regular toothbrush. I bought it for these reasons only.
