Organisational Behaviour

Organisational Behaviour is the study of human behaviour, individual differences, and performances in organisational setting.The field of organization behaviour involves the individual behaviour and the factors which affect such behaviour, group behaviour and group dynamics relative to individuals within the group and the to individuals within the group and the group interface with the organisation and the structure of organisation itself.
About Author :
N.K. Jain is a postgraduate in Economics and a doctoral research scholar in the same field. He has obtained his Master's degree from Delhi University, and received Law Degree from the Meerut University in 1996. He obtained Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from the same university in 1998. Afterwards, he completed Posgraduate Diploma in Computer Application and Chartered Accountancy Professional Course (C.A. (I) in 2000.
