The field of Organizational Behaviour, still in its infancy as a Science, remains full of compelling and conflicting theories, model and postulate. Organization face multiple challenges and threats-today, threats to effectiveness, and profitability, challenge from turbulent environment, competitiveness, and changing customer demands, and constant challenge to maintain congruence among organizational dimensions. The role of human resources become crucial in today's organizationa, it is essential to assess the changing role of human resource in today's organization. Organizations and the individuals in them face an enormously demanding presents and future. The primary objectives of this book are to provide necessary tools, theories, postualtes and techniques necessary to understand and analyze the characteristics of human being and organization situatiosn in order to contribute to the long run survival of the organizations.

Dr. Y.P. Singh (Former Head of the department of Commerce and Dean of Delhi School of Economics) is currently working as a professor of Department of Commerce. He has been a lot of credentia of promoting the field of commerce in various ways. His contribution in the field of Commerce has been identified by his teaching and writing skills, as he wrote various articles in leading journals and magazines in India. He has been teaching for the last 25 years in University of Delhi. His are of specialization are of Finance and Organizational Behaviour. Pradeep Kumar is a lecturer in Dept. of Commerce at Keshave Mahavidhyalaya University of Delhi. He has been engaged in various professional activites and associated with various management institutions His area of specialization are management of Organizational Behavior. His publications includes" Management Concepts and Practices" from Cyber Tech Publication and his coming arrival is on Financial Reporting in India.
