Organisational functioning has become severaly complex in the wake of globalization and "change" has become a powerful force in every walk of life and field of economy. The word 'change' has been chanted as common "mantra" by the citizens of organisation and the smart people recognize the need and urgency for 'change'; other wise the 'change' changes them which is a discounted fact.
