I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Pros and Cons
Bought this iron a week ago. Pretty happy and it is the best you can get at this price. At least Orpat (and Flipkart)have made things like this accessible to people.
Here is my modest review of the pros and cons.
Pros:
*Looks really nice. It is beautiful. I got mine in frosty blue color.
*Heats up quick and temperature knob works well.
*A small plastic cup (comes free inside the box) to fill water so that you don't spill water all over. Comes very handy.
*Unbeatable Price ( @513 rupees)
Cons:
*The cord is a little short. You will need the switch board too near.
*If the iron is cool and you fill water, water spills out of the holes in the plate. This will stop once the iron gets heated and the water turns to steam. (Rocket Science!!) This is a little disadvantage i noted. The other steam iron that i have, don't have this issue.
*The water tank doesn't have a lid. But don't worry, water doesn't come out even if you turn and place it on the base.

Overall Good
You will hardly find any other good steam + Spray + only Dry option at 500 bucks. They have mixed the Steam controller with temperature controller so if the temperature is set to highest it releases too much steam and you have no other option apart from reducing the temperature or to turn of the steam. Also it would have been good if they would have provided a lid for water entrance. But given the cost it is worth.

Advantages:
Its a nice handy Iron. Portable and comes with slim fit.Lightweight
Disadvantages
As it is too light weight we couldn't iron as neat as we require. While we iron clothes in urgency,w e need to put more pressure upon pressing the clothes. Sometimes it will go along with the shirt while pressing since its not a pressing IRON.
Overall it would be a best fit for urgent ironong

Okay...not very impressive...sticks to clothes
It was disappointing to use this iron. Not recommended. Spend some extra bucks to buy a better iron. This one sticks to clothes so often. Even the one replaced by Flipkart sticks to clothes. I would not recommend anyone to buy it.
