I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Poor heating, bad product
Have been using Philips-Liva for many years and bought Orpat-157 as a replacement for it which had to go trough multiple repairs and then gave up.
This model of Orpat is useless in ironing cotton and cotton mixed clothes, heating is not good enough. So for people like me who are keen about wrinkle-free shirt, stay away from this product!

Good One
This is good one at this price. I got it recently and its working superb. You can get it and start working. Home delivery is good. I used it twice to test and for occasional usage you can go for it. For a regular usage going with higher cost would be better.
