I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

flipkart has mentioned steam, but this feature is not available in this iron.
autocut ( most irritating ) cause iron heats for 5-10 sec then again autocut..!!(I.e iron begin to cool down) no manual cut :(
its kinda irritating
in my point of view add some money and go for bajaj models..!!

as compare to other price and technical specification is quite high...... so friend try this one....I have bought an Orpat iron from flip cart. The product is upto mark and am happy for making the right choice.It looks stylish as well is light weighted and easy to use.The temperature adjusting nob is also provied to make ironing a vool experience..So iT is a cheap and best product one can have.!! go fOr it..The only thing I would like to suggest to the company to make delivery at right time...Thankz..
