It is easy to skip a question during an exam if it is “Out of Syllabus” but what do you do if you are faced with a situation in life for which you were not given any inputs? Can you run away from the situation using the “Out of Syllabus” excuse?

Career is one area where one is expected to know and manage situations. After all a person is paid a salary to be able to handle things and deliver results. The reality is that most people get a lot of academic and conceptual inputs relating to one’s career choice but very little practical inputs on how to effective use the academic learning.

“Out of Syllabus” outlines the various such gaps in your learning with regard to career success and also gives specific and precise inputs that can be actioned with ease. The book defines the career of a person in phases and details the crucial elements that need to go into each of these phases. CAREER GUIDING - WITH INPUTS

When I had this book in my hand, for the first time, I was impressed by the title ” Out of Syllabus”. It’s a great piece of work done by Mr.V.Rajesh. This collection of input paved the way for the students to have a massive output. It’s necessary for a student to choose his or her career based on his own wish, not his parents' wish. ” Out of Syllabus” molds the students with a collection of input, like the BUCKET THEORY, which is quite useful.
This book is very helpful for beginners, who do...

How relevant this is in today's times !!

Lack of Life skills is a glaring gap between potential and performance – and yet neither corporates nor universities have been proactive enough to prioritise and make it a part of their induction program. You have highlighted its importance in a simple yet realistic way.
I wouldn’t say this book is only for freshers – career planning and professional growth is a life long process – especially when so many needs, plans and situations change over time, this book would be useful for anyone taki...

    Must read for Graduates

"Out Of Syllabus" is not only apt for college students (Graduates/Post graduates) and management trainees who enter the corporate world but also to others with work experience as well.

Typically management books have a lot of gyaan where in authors talk the consultant's language. Many points get repeated often. It was not the case in this book. There were lots of anecdotes to keep it interesting.

Book had loads of illustrations/examples from popular Bollywood and Tollywood movies, which mak...
