GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in this Offer, the user (“User”, “You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by:

a. these terms and conditions (“T&C”); and

● You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part

● In no event the entire liability of Flipkart under this offer shall exceed the booking amount paid by the customer.

● Flipkart shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer

● These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Bangalore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to this discount.

● You hereby agree and understand that in order to participate in the offer, You may be required to submit personal information about You. You further agree to receive communications from us with regard to your participation in the offer. Any information collected from You shall be subject to Flipkart’s Privacy Policy.

● These terms and conditions are in addition to Flipkart’s Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, to which you agree to by using Flipkart.com and also in addition to the conditions applicable to booking of flight or hotels. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to this particular offer only.

● By opting for this discount, every customer expressly agrees that neither Flipkart nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
