The Cashback will be applicable on the net payable amount.

In order to avail the offer, customers have to use the Flipkart Axis Bank Credit card on the payment page. Cashback will be automatically applied.

• Is there any minimum booking value for the Cashback to be applicable ?

There is no minimum booking value for the booking and a maximum of 5% Cashback can be availed on Flipkart Travel.

• Is the offer applicable on all Transactions?

Yes

• What can be the date of travel for these bookings?

The date of travel is open for all future bookings.

When will I get the additional 5% Unlimited Cashback on the Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card?

You will receive this in the next billing cycle. Please reach out to your bank for further details and cashback tracking on your Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card.

• Is this offer applicable for Hotel bookings on Flipkart Travel?

Yes, offer applicable for Hotel, Flights, & Bus bookings.

• Can I club the offer with any other offers on Flipkart Travel?

Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer live on Flipkart Travel.

• Are all cards eligible for this offer?

Only Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card is eligible for this offer.

• What happens if I cancel my trip?

In case you cancel the transaction (in part or full), the appropriate cashback/Cashback availed for the said transaction will be deducted from the refund amount.

General Terms and Conditions

By participating in this Offer, the user (“User”, “You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by:

a. these terms and conditions (“T&C”); and

b. the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, other Terms and Conditions that are

published on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all

three collectively “Platform”), which are owned and operated by Flipkart Internet

Private Limited (“Flipkart”, “We” or “Our”).

● In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer, Flipkart reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking

● You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation

of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part

● In no event the entire liability of Flipkart under this offer shall exceed the booking amount paid by the customer.

● Flipkart shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer

● These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Bangalore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to this discount.

● You hereby agree and understand that in order to participate in the offer, You may be required to submit personal information, about You. You further agree to receive communications from us with regard to your participation in the offer. Any information collected from You shall be subject to Flipkart’s Privacy Policy.

● These terms and conditions are in addition to Flipkart’s Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, to which you agree to by using Flipkart.com and also in addition to the conditions applicable to booking of flight or hotels. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to this particular offer only.

● By opting for this discount, every customer expressly agrees that neither Flipkart nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.

● The offer is completely optional and is chosen by the customer of his/her own volition. Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
