TVS iQube cashback T&Cs

  1. For which app versions is the cashback module available?

• For Android Users – For Android Users, the reward cashback can be claimed by owner users on app versions 4.2.0 and above.

• For iOS Users – For iOS users, the reward cashback can be claimed by owner users on app versions 4.4.0 and above.

  1. What is the process of availing the cashback reward on the app?

a. To avail the cashback reward, follow these steps:

b. Open the TVS Connect App

c. Click on the hamburger menu icon on the top left corner of the app to open the side menu.

d. Click on “Rewards” -> A scratch card will appear on your screen.

e. Tap on the scratch card to claim the reward. On tapping, the amount of reward cashback & eligibility details will be mentioned.

f. Click on “Claim Reward”.

g. Enter your Invoice Registered Mobile Number to receive the OTP for verification.

h. Enter the OTP in the space provided.

i. After verification of OTP, the ‘Bank Details’ page will open.

j. On the Bank Details page, the user must enter their bank account number, IFSC Code and the account holder’s name and click on “Continue”.

k. Confirm your bank account details on the ‘Bank Details Summary’ page.

l. Click ‘Confirm’.

m. You will receive a message saying “Thank you for your Confirmation. Your bank details have been confirmed successfully.”

n. To check the Status of their cashback claim, users can login into the TVS Connect App -> Go to the side menu -> Click on “Rewards” -> A screen will appear showing the user the status of their cashback claim.

o. The user will also receive SMS communication regarding the status of their cashback claim. Scenario-: If the bank account details submitted by the user is incorrect, the user will receive an SMS and will have to go to the Rewards section on the TVS Connect App and add the bank details again.

  1. How does a user know if they are eligible for the reward or not?

Once the user becomes eligible for cashback, a rewards card will be enabled in the rewards section which can be found in the side menu of the TVS Connect App.

  1. How can customers track the status of their cashback payments?

a. Customers can track the status of their cashback payments using the steps mentioned below:

b. Click on the side-menu of the TVS Connect App

c. Select “Rewards”

d. A screen will be displayed where the user can check the status of their cashback claim. There are 3 statuses visible to the user namely:

i) Status-1: If the Status is “Reward under process”, then the user's bank account details have been successfully processed and the user will receive the cashback in their selected bank account within 5-7 working days.

ii) Status-2: If the Status on the app-screen is displayed as “Bank details are incorrect”, ask the user to click on the “Add Bank Details” button. Upon clicking it, the user will be asked to re-submit their bank account details.

iii) Status-3: If the status on the app-screen is displayed as “Reward Credited Successfully”, then ask the user to check the bank statement of the bank account to check if the cashback has been deposited in their account.

  1. How does the user know if the bank details that they have submitted are correct or not? If the claim process fails, how should a customer re-apply?

a. The user will receive a SMS Confirmation indicating Success/Failure of the correctness of the bank details submitted by them.

b. In case the user receives a SMS about incorrect bank details submitted, ask the user to Open the side menu on the TVS Connect App -> Go to the Loyalty Rewards section and Add the correct bank details again.

What if, user is not getting OTP to submit from Invoice Registered Mobile Number?

If the user is not receiving the OTP on the Invoice Registered Mobile Number please escalate to Customer Care with details of the VIN & Invoice Number.

  1. How can customers claim cashback if they have provided a different mobile number on the purchase invoice compared to the one number used for logging into the TVS Connect App?

The process of a user onboarding their vehicle on the TVS Connect App is not linked with the Invoice Mobile number (DMS Mobile Number). Hence a user onboarded with a certain VIN on the TVS Connect App would be able to see the cashback and claim. The OTP would however come to the mobile number provided by the user on the invoice.

  1. When and how will customers receive their cashback?

Within 5-7 days of the user submitting the correct bank account details, the user will receive the cashback. The user will receive the cashback in the bank account of which they have submitted details on the TVS Connect App.

  1. What are the steps for onboarding the vehicle on the TVS Connect App?

a. Once the user has downloaded and installed the TVS Connect App, the user needs to launch the TVS Connect App.

b. To onboard the vehicle, the user needs to click on “Onboard TVS Vehicle or Accessory” card.

c. Then the user needs to tap on “Onboard a TVS Vehicle”.

d. Then, the user needs to enter the TVS registered mobile number which the user can find on the invoice copy.

e. After entering the mobile number, the user needs to click on “Continue”.

f. An OTP will be generated and sent to the mobile number entered in the previous step. g. After entering the OTP, the user should be able to see the bike card with all the vehicle details.

h. Tap on the bike card and the “Continue” button gets enabled.

i. The user is redirected to the homepage of the TVS Connect App which indicates that the vehicle has been successfully onboarded.

  1. Who is eligible for claiming the cashback?
  2. Any user who has purchased a TVS iQube from any channel (Flipkart, at dealership, TVS iQube Website) during the offer period (1st March till 31st March) in the below mentioned states/regions is eligible to claim the cashback on the TVS Connect app.
  3. The cashback amount available for different iQube models across the different regions is mentioned in the table below:
