How do I place a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order?
All items that have the "Cash on Delivery Available" icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery.
Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Pay By Cash on Delivery". Enter the CAPTCHA text as shown, for validation.
Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.

I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Not good
I have bought these from local market and not from Flipkart.
Quality of diapers is not good.
You can not use it for more than 2-3 hrs.
When we used it overnight, all cotton (or whatever smooth material, that is there inside), moved towards backside, which caused all front part wet!!!
This is second such experience with Pampers.
Used Huggies (total protection) previously, and extremely happy with it and will buy it soon.
You disappointed me Pampers :(
Note to flipkart - Please provide option to give ZERO stars as well.. I am forcefully giving 1 star, which this product is not worth at all....
