I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

A very good product, better than the expensive remington
I got this product today and i am very impressed with the packaging by panasonic, the manual and the product itself. The handling of the product is very easy. In operation it is not as smooth as remington but in build quality and efficiency definitely a lot better. i bout the expensive remington and it broke in a month and i threw it away without having an option to get it repaired in a service center. panasonic has outlets where you can give it for repair unlike remington. you will not be disappointed. Do not know why this expensive but definitely worth it. It does tingles in your nose while it is trimming the nose hair inside but that is just one time. If you use it regularly (once a week or once a day) you will not feel a thing. Very harmless and safe to use.

Very good product
Thanks to Flipkart's excellent logistics management, I got the trimmer next day after placing the order...
I have used it many times...functionally very good! Flipkart should source the blades from Panasonic too as spares for regular use.

ER417 Nose & Ear Hair Trimmer - missing R-shaped round blade
I have been using the above products for many years, and are well pleased with its performance. Recently I misplaced the R-shaped round blade attached to its head and therefore became useless. Looking forward to get a replacement blade. I am resident in Kochi Kerala India. Any helpful assistance to obtain one, will be appreciated.
