I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Not good for shave
The saver works fine on cheeks but not beneath chin . It didn't gave clean shave experience whether used dry or on wet screen. Design , handling , cleaning. But this doesn't do the main work of shaving. Not worth to spend money. The trimmer that comes in side is also not that efficient to use.

Shaving below jaw not perfect.
The shaver(rather i should say trimmer) is working fine after 2 months. It does trimming perfectly, but not the same satisfaction is obtained while shaving. It shaves perfectly the beard on cheeks, but you face difficuly while doing the same for the beard present below your jaw, i.e neck and the part of adam's apple.

A Useless Product
I purchased this six months back. I tried tried this few times. After shaving with this my office staff asks whether any rat bit your face ??
I have a thick haired beard.
Not at all clear shave.
But slid up trimmer is very useful. Now I have limited the use only for trimming.
My suggestion about the product is it can be used as a good trimmer.

ITS A QUIKIE....!!!!
If u want a quick and a decent shave, this is for you. it may not be a complete substitute for shave but is still worth a shot. it gives a perfectly fine shave for your cheeks but may be a problem on your adams apple, but is still a good product and a good value for money.
