I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Nice Basic Phone
Pros:
Good looking basic phone.
Loud enough ringer.
good speaker and mics.
Wall Mounting instructions and adaptor included.
One RJ11 wire included (telephone cord)
Cons:
Soft Rubberised Buttons (not the rubberised plastic ones)
No screws included with wall mounting kit.
No Phone line connector (no RJ11-Phone Line Adaptor)
My landline phone is hardly used so works for me.

Basic phone at a great price
This is a basic phone without speaker and display but works really well as an additional handset. The keypads are pretty soft and easy to press, voice clarity is great. Overall a great buy for the price! Flipkart's speedy delivery adds on to make it a great shopping experience!

Panasonic KX - TS500MX - Got Defective in 6 months
Had bought in May 2012. The keypad 1 - 7 became unoperational within 6 months - in Nov 2012. Phone cannot be used now.
Query Email to Panasonic.in did not get any reply on where to get it serviced.
Not worth even repairing - as no one will touch for less than Rs.200 Service Charge
