very easy to use..!!
This is a really good coffee maker. It takes a few attempts to get that perfect frothing technique for making a cappuccino but that’s not the machine's fault. I am very satisfied with this product. works great, no fuss. worth every penny. I had done quite a bit of research before buying this and realized there were not many options in the Indian market. many retail shops had one or two or 3 products only. The filter is good, cleanable, and the switches work great.

only disadvantage is that my power button light is dead (it went dead about a month ago )
I chose this over the Philips HD 7450 Coffee Maker .mainly because the philips one has a complex mechanism when it comes to the coffee dispensing mechanism....
Nice Product
I am a coffee person and coincidently everyone at my in-laws are also. It’s a great machine, saves me from all the trouble of preparing coffee again and again. It is easy to use, less fussy and got a nice capacity. It’s been quite some time now and I thankfully haven’t had any trouble. Go for it guys.
