Panasonic RP-HT161E-K Headphone

I am very happy with these headphones. They are very comfortable, comfort was 2nd of my requirements because I need to wear them for extended time period.
Primary thing is to use them as studio monitors. Although it can't match those costly monitors. But it works for me.
Volume and bass is good. Audio/video I used to hear at 90%-100% of the volume in my earlier headphones and sometimes that volume was low, Now I play those audios/videos at 30%-40% of the volume.
I use them on my PC and the 2m length is enough.
I didn't hear any distortions due to headphones.
I didn't feel the weight while wearing for long time.

Cons: Does not stop more than 10% of the outside noise.
No volume control.
Sound does leak.

For the price range, Panasonic RP-HT161E-K Headphone is a value for money product. Of course it has flaws but for a price tag of Rs. 566, you can't expect more.

At first, I was disappointed with the headphones as there was a considerable amount of distortion when I connected it to my phone. The results were almost the same when connected to PC too. After trying various media players and equalizer settings I was able to get a satisfactory output from the headphone. (FYI, if you are a Linux user I'd suggest Banshee)

Sound quality is good enough unless you are a die-hard audiophile. The bass effect is discernibly good.

Pretty solid body and the length is adjustable length. So it fits well on the head. Its not particularly light-weight, so it may feel heavy on the head on prolonged usage.

It has a 2m long cord, which fit my requirement well because I use a desktop. If you are using a laptop, you can always fold and tie the wire into a bunch.

Combined with Flipkart's awesome service, its a good value for money.

I bought from Local market for rs. 500. Previously i owned a philips shp2000. They were awesome at the price i bought them, comes in the same category.
Now when i opened them and plugged in, I got to know how bad they are. Not for music, movies, earcups are not as big as my previous philips headphones as well.
I must say these are very sturdy. its more than a year now and they are still in good condition.

I ordered this headphones 2 weeks ago from flipkart.Its not worth the price we have to pay.Instead you can go for Philips headphones they are better.I ordered philips headphones even though getting this headphones.

BUt otherwise flipkart delivery was superb fast. I got it before it was updated on courier site. lol . But Flipkart rocks. But I suggest don't go for this headphones with very low voice and NO volume control. Really disappointed Panasonic.
