I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Awesome notebook, good bright paper
Bought a Paperkraft and a BILT notebook, i can see the Paperkraft papers to be of better quality, they are more white and bright then the BILT one. Both are equally good in terms of wiro bindings.

i expected this notebook little bigger...
go for A4 notebook..
though finish is mind blowing ....
you can choose it for small projects or works..
