I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

classy period romance with a performance of a lifetime !
It's a beautiful movie by vidhu vinod chopra productions (3 idiots) ..
pradeep sarkar has made a beautiful adaptation and the performance by all the actors is commendable .. complexities of relations and especially the envying and other peculiar emotions !!
at this price the movie is a must watch
but one issue was the quality of the video which wasnt up to the mark which we get in the recent releases..
all in all its worth 200 bucks !
