The pen is good for novice in the field of calligraphy. with this product you can draft letters in beautiful handwriting. your written letters with this pen look at least 10 times better than your usual handwriting. The nib size is an apparent constraint, you can not write bigger font sized titles and headings. yet this pen is worth possessing.

The pen was delivered in a fortnight !
I guess that is because not many are taking to writing and even this review is on a keypad !
As for the product it is good !
I am sure I improve my handwriting in a few weeks as I have adopted flat straight pen strokes.

So this was my first purchase at Flipkart. I was really impressed by their service. Flipkart is really trustable. As far as the pen is considered I would say that it is ideal for beginners. If you're just beginning with calligraphy then you might consider investing in it. It is helping me improve my handwriting to some extent and it has a good value for money.

I own different types of Parker beta products. This caligraphy pen set is an excellent piece. If you use it to sign a document, you won't require a rubber seal. Whenever I get a piece of white paper, I just go crazy with it. It will be a suitable gift to some one you love more.

Parker Beta Calligraphy Fountain Pen is a nice and a helpful product of Parker Beta series. A very fine nib, could be used to obtain a classy cursive calligraphy style. It is better to use quick ink cartridges at first and then move on to Parker ink. The pen has to get the free-flow of the ink initially. This pen is a nice one overall!

I liked this pen. It is very easy to use. refilling the ink is very easy.I got a nib with it.It's grip and flow is good. first time I use a calligraphy fountain pen now I feel that it is low maintenance pen . it delivered in 4 days by flipkart.

Actually am a lil disappointed as flipkart delivered a 'dark blue' pen when I had specifically ordered the 'sky blue' colour one as shown in the above picture.
But the Calligraphy thing is just superb... It's a little rough while writing but my handwriting has actually improved because of this calligraphy pen...Excellent piece...

I've always hated the BETA series for being cheap looking, and it doesn't disappoint. But turns out the pen can smoothly pull out serifs and strokes once you get a hold of it. I'm yet to try the fatter nib, but the default one produces great-looking texts anyway. The refill container is very smooth (a Parker tradition) and made in U.K., and loads ink in a snap. Oh and the body color looks drastically different than the photo flipkart has put. It's more like deep ultramarine.
