Parker Frontier Stainless Steel GT Fountain Pen Reviews

Well...this one doesn't write well scratchy from the beginning a faulty piece of equipment. A lot has been put in details however doesn't write even after cleaning the whole nib and feed. My word do not buy it waste of money.

Ordered it and received it in 3 days. Right out of the box, the pen astounded me as to its nib smoothness. I received the Medium grade nib.

Pen construction was of high quality as can be expected from Parker pens, however I found the pen a little too light to my taste as I expected it to have some appreciable weight of its own.
Comes with a converter in it.

One flaw I found was that the cap does not fit 'tightly' around the barrel of the pen. Its just a matter of personal preference and varies with person.

A definite buy and gives other pens a run for their money.

My first Frontier was a CT Chrome (Fountain) which I broke (my fault, not the pen's fault :p ). This pen looked very beautiful in the pictures, it looks even more beautiful in person. IT SHIPPED IN ONE DAY!!! It came in a nice metal box with a transparent plastic lid. It comes with a Parker ink converter (reusable cartridge). It is a FINE nib/tip, so its a little scratchy but no where near as I imagined it to be. Overall, a bang for your buck!

I ordered the pen with some trepidation with all the reviews on the quality of the nib. The fact is the nib is the SCRATCHIEST I have ever come across which was a letdown from Parker which has excellent products in the vector series. However I feel writing for some time may smoothen things but a product should be good enough on first use. The stark body is Ok does not give a feel of elegance .

This fountain pen is great it looks a bit slimer than on the pic, which is good. It has a comfortable gear.
For cons gets easily scratches (marks)and that is the only thing wich is not a big problem.
Otherwise, it is only the pen ,their are no refills, so don't expect to write after your delivery, because we nedd to buy those ( refills),for first users u can buy any ink or refills but make sure that you have syringe or anything that could help you to insert ink or buy the refills. So good and bad, but great for first users of fountain pen.

This pen looks gorgeous with its chrome accents. However, its extremely light, making its cheapness apparent.

Still, it writes well, and does not have any apparent flaws, and you cant expect a sheaffer at these prices.

Adding some weight would have given the pen a premium feel, and would have made it much better.

it looks attractive, nice grip, finely balanced weight,reasonable price. what surprises you is its sturdy built. you feel solid about it when you hold it in your hand.if you want a regular fountain pen with effortless writing ...go for it.

I have bought this pen after seeing many negative reviews by the certified buyers thinking may be its an isolated problem. But this nib is a nightmare. Its unbelievably scratchy. Ive used many fountain pens in the past and this s one of the worst. It looks awesome but the nib will make u hate this pen. For people who want a good economical fountain pen go for the vector from parker or lamy safari. Another problem is that the pen is heavy and along with the scratchy nib its awful. The pelikan gallery i ordered along with this is simply awesome. It might not have the looks but the nib is super smooth.

Good value for money, I am thoroughly satisfied with the product. Basically a fountain pen enthusiast, I own most of the known brands, except Mont Blanc. I find it a good buy and recommend it to my friends unhesitatingly.

The pen is price worthy. It is better than parker vector models. Arrow shaped clip with golden finish looks elegant in pocket. Writing is smooth. However it is costlier than available on flipkart last week.
