I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Not worth the price!
The actual Parker pen that i got on ordering this pen is quite different than what it looks like in the picture(eg: The top end isn't steel-finished, its more of a black plastic and not as sturdy as it looks)
Pros:
Writes fluently(Its a Parker...duh!)
Cons:
Looks flimsy and not durable at all.
Difficult to grip if fingers are a little moist/sweaty.
Overall: Not the best value for a pen for this price.
