I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

My 5th Vector!!
I had owned many vectors before, they either got lost or were stolen. But i really liked the slick looks of all my vectors. I had the full gold and full silver. I thought the Gold was a bit too flashy and the silver was a bit dull. But this Matte Black one is just right. The gold clip and nib ads some contrast to the pen. I got a F (fine) nib. I do not find it scratchy whatsoever. Will update this review in a couple of weeks and will share my findings abut the pen after using it!
Good pen but expected a little more from it...

In a nutshell - excellent. No complaints in this department.
Writing : 6/10
This is what we buy pens for... the nib feels a little rough in the beginning and needs some time to settle( like all fountain pens do). Later, after some scribbling, you'd be disappointed with the fact that it dosen't write better than the standard parker vector series that is priced at almost half the price... did expect a little more from it.

Nib Improves with use.
I am using this pen for almost 6 months now and about its nib, even on fine paper it was scratchy in the beginning (not that much but you can feel it). But it is getting better with usage, I have just used one cartridge and I can feet the smoothness now.
Ink pens are made for fine paper so expect the bench mark from that.
Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase.
