The Path Of Love

Yogis say that the child inside the mother’s womb prays: “Oh, God, let me come out. I will meditate on You.” But once the child is born, it forgets its identity with the soul and lives in a state of total amnesia. We all need an international map to discern the geography of the heart. Whatever the creed, we are all on a sacred journey back to our true, divine nature. Although that divine nature is so close to us, it remains buried under the knotted recesses of our endless flow of thoughts and desires and it is further obscured by the mammoth gaps the different religious groups have created. In this world, shrunk by sophisticated communication systems, the path of love is the highest philosophy as it responds to all the true spiritual requirements of the individual. The path of love, shunning politics, prejudice, dogmatism, and factionalism, may be labeled as the international map ‘par excellence’ to self-realization, freedom and bliss. Love is as contagious as smallpox, once we succeed in manifesting our love through the experience of calmness and peace, our love will also transform all those who come in contact with us.
