How do I place a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order?
All items that have the "Cash on Delivery Available" icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery.
Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Pay By Cash on Delivery". Enter the CAPTCHA text as shown, for validation.
Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.

I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.

Pelikan India
In India pelikan products are not as good as outside india.These products are specially designed for 3rd world countries but fortunately they do not tamper with the nib.So in short you will get a bad quality plastic pen with a good quality nib on it.And one more thing Staimax intrnational is a organisation that gives me fake pelikan box with fake items on it & oviously the are the authorised importer & tamperer of Pelikan products .

Very Bad experience about this pen
i have order for one Pelikan fountain pen, but after delivery i found there was no ink, i compliant to customer care & asked for replacement but again i received the pen in same condition(No ink), i never expect this mistake from flipkart. i will never go for Pelikan products now.

Good One
Pelikan write pretty smooth..It looks fancy and very handy to use only defect is letters are broad while using first, then its gets better and better...It is well designed for school and office use..It is a good pen for those who want to make thier handwritting better.

An excellent pen with good design.Weight is also very less !! Ink flows very smoothly !! Feels like writing with a soft rubber on paper ....! Jst a thing to take care is that,you must use a good quality ink .. Don't use ink of camel..Use Pelikan's ink
