I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Not satisfied..Not up to the mark
Okay, i purchased this because it is the cheapest mechanical pencil of pentel on flipkart and i dont like uniball, etc and staedtler is too expensive..
My point is i have like 4-5 pentel mechanical pencils which are much cheaper than this so i expected much more quality in this but overall my other pentel pencils are better than this because this is not good (the writing doesn't come dark, i tried various different brands' lead) and its like brittle type, if you press hard, the tip of the lead pencil thing will break or else the lead will break
The looks are awesome and better than what it looks like in the photo.
Grip is good
another bad thing was that the black ink ball pen nib wasn't covered and it sucks, its like dried up, black ink doesn't even come out on the paper but i didn't ask for replacement because i dont really care about it because i mainly bought it for the pencil part !!
Total 3 cons:
..Brittle type, light writing
..Ball pen faulty
..and the 3rd one is that it doesn't even come with a free lead box or anything, just the one single pencil and thats it (with 2 leads in it but no free lead box)

A Descent multifunction Pen and Pencil
Good things
A very descent look and Grip is such good that it provide you comfort writing and easy to handle a pen.
I like the pencil so much.
It is combo of Pencil(0.5)+Pen(Black)+Pen(Red)+Eraser.
Bad things
I need a blue pen instead of Red.
I have open it and tried to change the refill but feel it quite risky.
The both Black and Red pens ink is in gel form.
