You can't tell by looking at me that my dad is Poseidon, God of the sea.
It's not easy being a half-blood these days. You mortals can't even see the monsters we have to fight all the time. So when a game of dodgeball turned into a death match against an ugly gang of cannibal giants, I couldn't exactly ask my gym teacher for help.
And that was just for starters. This is the one where Camp Half-Blood is under attack, and unless I get my hands on the Golden Fleece, the whole camp will be invaded by monsters. Big ones.

The Sea of Monsters by Rick Riordan

The second of the series from Rick Riordon. The book explores the myth of the Golden Fleece,the myth of Circe and the song sirens. Annabeth, Percy and Grover are on the move. The cyclops join them here. One thing I really liked in this book was a small note of accepting good things in life.ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Rick Riordon is an award-winning mystery writer. He has worked as middle-school teacher for 15yrs. He is now a full time author and lives in San Antonio with his family. The Lost Heroes of Olympus, The Kane Chronicles are the other series from this writer.Publishers Puffin

Hermes and Poseidon get together(sort of)
Percy Jackson and Annabeth Chase find out that their half-blood camp is in trouble.Percy constantly get dreams about his friend, Grover that he is in danger.Percy and his new friend the cyclops and Annabeth together go on a journey to save their camp.On the way they find many there biggest rival,Luke.they also find clarisse,Ares daughter.Many more things happen in the camp find out them by reading the book.its a very good book!

this is an amazing book and much better than the lightning theif.The half blood hill is in danger and the only way to save it is the golden fleece. percy,annabeth and tyson (percy's cyclops brother!) set on this dangerous quest to find the miraclous fleece and save the camp including grover. During this journey they face many monsters and magical creatures and a shock awaits them at end of the book. everyone should try it.

Not Bad
The book was not that bad.
It was somewhat not really related to the series.
But still it was good.
Harry potter has no comparison with this. That stuff is really interesting whereas this can get a bit boring sometimes.
The adventure part was great. Not better than lightning thief of course. You should not skip this book if you want to continue with the Percy Jackson series. Good book.
Percy Jackson and the Sea of Monsters
Just like the previous one, this Percy Jackson book is also pretty good. In this one, Thalia's pine tree that protects the camp has been poisoned, and his best friend Grover has gone missing. He runs off on a quest across the Sea of Monsters (Bermuda Triangle) to find the mythical golden fleece that can cure the pine tree and also to rescue Grover. I give it four out of five stars.
