Philips GC1903 Iron

Hi, I am sharing my experiance using this amazing product from Philips GC1903 Iron. Not to really talk heights about this product just because its from Philips but I should really say it works really well, the best RELIABLE dry steam iron you will ever get.

I always use steam mode using this iron so that the cloth gets really its shape. This Iron has got 3 modes with no steam, min steam and max steam. It works really well with max steam making it for us to iron very smoothly, without having to glide over again and again. The steam system in this iron is non-stop thus, the effort of applying pressure over the cloth is much less. There wouldn't be any need to adjust the ironing mode as the minimum level once set would do a lot better with steam operation.

So just go for it. It's worth the investment as its quality. Perhaps if the price would have been 200 less, would have deserved 5.

The price of this iron on Flipkart was lower than that from my local dealer. This is a good iron from Philips. Here are some points to remember.

This one irons pretty good.

1. The steam does not operate with a push-button, it has a turn able knob.
2. The power cord is a bit on the shorter side.

All in all, I am happy with the purchase.

I'm using steam irons for the first time. So, don't know how the other brands are. Now, this one is quite fine. The design of the exterior is quite impressive, and cute too. The operation till now can be termed reliable- didn't have any issues. And there is definitely the added trust of Philips. However, its not that easy on the electricity consumption. 1400w is high enough. Can't decide if the excess consumption really gets compensated from its performance.
Anyways, the Flipkart does do their job fantastically. The offer we had was also much to the attaction!!

The iron is awesome and works very good. I have very normal ironing needs. Close to 2 clothes a day. Not more than that. So, I think for that amount of work, it is good. I read the instruction manual (which i normally dont do) and learnt how to keep the iron from producing scale and stuff. Its been 2~3 months and works like a charm....A good buy for bachelors.

The Product is worth for money spent.This is my first experience of steam iron & the product is really very good to use. It is worth for guys like me who does not have much experience of ironing clothes. The service of Flipkart was awesome.It was delivered in 2 days. Loved my shopping experience with Flipkart.
