Does what it's meant to do. Very well.
Bought this player from Flipkart after I lost my older Samsung U5. The price advantage and delivery promptness at Flipkart is unquestionable, so I'll only talk about the player.
The white plastic of the body looks cheap but is surprisingly solid, though the shiny body looks scratch-prone. The screen is LCD and, though not as good as an OLED, does it's job very well.

Not good for recording
Recording:I primarily ordered this for recording song practice sessions during my daughters' music class. Turned out that it is awfully inadequate for this purpose. Its recording capabilities are very weak if the unit is any further than a feet away. Even when kept near, its sound quality is awful as it clips a lot. Hence do not buy this unit for recording purpose(for class lecture etc) as Sony is better model for the same.(rating 0 out of 5)

buyed the cute little thing a month ago. overall a nice player with decent sound quality.
the downs are-
---no playlist option, you can put ur songs in particular folders and play them by using 'folder view' option like using a customized playlist. (means the songs u want to listen at a go must be in the same folder as u can't queue them up like in a playlist. the folder view option plays all the songs in a particular folder together, making it like a playlist)

Lives up to the expectation
The product is good and performance is also good. I was looking for a simple music player which the non techie could operate by simple copy and paste music files. The player offers good music quality( although I am using it with an ipod headphone )
Overall I was looking for a simple mp3 player and this full fills it. Battery back up is also good.

Good Standard mp3 player
I wanted a good Value-for-Money MP3 player, and the Philips GoGear provided that. The interface is easy to read, the design pleasant and stylish, the music quality decent (although puritans may want to experiment with other earphones), and the inbuilt USB port that allows direct plugability to PCs and Laptops is a boon. I hated micro-USB, or connection with additional wires.

Good one
i got it just two days back i checked it out here's the review. The player itself is good but the earphones are not good they are the cheap ones you get for 30-50rs the screen and the buttons are nice but i suggest you to buy a good pair of earphones like jbl or philips.The sound from the player is similar to an ipod or walkman. It's the best player at this price. And flipkart's service is simply superb..........

I was pretty low on budget when I planned to buy a MP3 Player but now I realize it was a great decision.
The Headphones which are bundled with this Player are actualy cheap ones, MRP 160, However the Sound quality is unexpectedly good. I compared the sound output with Apple I-Pod as well as Sony Walkman(same 2GB one) and surprisingly found GoGear having an edge in terms of the overall Sound Effect.
Its very light, hardly weighs a Pendrive and is Ideal for Students, Gym goers and Morning walke...

A Detailed Review
Recently did I just get my GoGear Mix and was blown away buy it's quality.
So, I decided to write a detailed review, I'm gonna rate it on certain aspects.
1. Build:
AT first I thought the build won't be pretty solid but after buying the build was that of a Mercedes if it was made an MP3, it was simply stunning.
I'll rate 5/5
2. Audio:
The equalizer is kind of a waste and I won't go detailed on that.
The Audio is simply outstanding paired with the right earphones and can shame a few more exp...

go gear mix.....a product in budget
i bought go gear mix last year.just have to say it is really handy and can fit in pocket easily.the colour of my product is black and white which looks not just beautiful but classic too.one thing which i think is the best is that i do not need to charge it every 3 or 4 hrs.it i can listen songs for almost 14 hrs. overall a very good product.

Nice product with this price rate, best brand for this product, very user friendly and excellent battery backup. ear phone quality is not so good but ok.
