I have been using this for more than 18 months. It's working perfectly except for keypad issues. They weren't great to begin with. They could have been better designed. Battery life is also not great (3-4 days of moderate listening), but definitely good enough. The headphones are awesome! Super soft and comfortable. They also cancel noise to a reasonable extent! Software is alright but we can always use windows media player! Music quality is pretty decent, especially the volume and bass are really good.
